  • If the return is approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided, along with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

3.3 Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent by CA International.
  • In cases where CA International is responsible for the error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

3.4 Return Address
Returns must be sent to the address provided with the RA number. The return address may vary depending on the product category and the warehouse from which it was shipped.

4.3 Exchanges

Exchanges are not available. We ensure that all product information is fully detailed and accessible for customers to review before placing an order and confirming payment. 4.4 Non-Refundable Items

Items that are non-returnable as per Section 2.2 are also non-refundable.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, buyers must notify CA International within 7 days of receipt. The notification should include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. All our products leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. If any damage is detected upon delivery, it is essential to clearly state this on the dispatch note of the courier company, indicating, for example, 'PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED.'

5.2 Resolution Options
CA International will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the nature of the issue and the buyer’s preference. In cases where a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

5.3 Return of Defective or Incorrect Items
For defective or incorrect items, CA International will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The item must be returned within 15 days after the return label is issued.

6. Responsibilities of Buyers and Sellers
