Avis: J'ai acheté ce truc pour pouvoir tonifier mes bras pendant que je rénove ma cuisine 🛠️ C'est super pratique et facile à utiliser, et je sens déjà une différence dans mes muscles 💪 Le guide d'exercices inclus est également très utile pour varier les mouvements. Franchement, je ne pourrais pas être plus satisfait de ce petit engin, c'est exactement ce dont j'avais besoin pour ajouter un peu de fitness à ma routine quotidienne !👌
