Return Process

At CA International, we strive to make the return process as easy and straightforward as possible. Follow the steps below to return your item and understand how refunds are handled:

1. Start Your Return

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or use our online Return Portal.
  • Provide Details: Make sure to include your order number, reason for return, and, if applicable, photos of the item.

2. Get Approval

  • Quick Review: We’ll review your request within 2 business days.
  • Receive Authorization: If your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Prepare Your Item

  • Original Packaging: Pack the item in its original packaging. If that’s not available, make sure it’s securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
  • Include RA Number: Clearly mark the RA number on the package.

4. Ship It Back

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent by mistake. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Send to the Right Address: Ship the package to the return address provided with your RA number. The address may vary depending on the product.

5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

6. Handling Payments

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This ensures that both CA International and the customer follow a secure and traceable transaction process.
  • Invalid Payment Methods: If the original payment method is no longer valid (e.g., expired credit card), we will issue the refund as store credit, ensuring you still receive the value of your return.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use, is returned outside the return window, or is missing original packaging or components, a partial refund may be issued. The amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.

7. Fair and Transparent Process

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: Ensure that you follow the return instructions carefully, including proper packaging and timely shipping. This helps prevent delays and ensures a smooth refund process.
  • Our Responsibility: We commit to handling your return and refund process with transparency, ensuring that you are informed at every step and that any issues are resolved fairly.
