Ich bin mega happy mit diesem Bauchtrainer! Die Saugnäpfe halten bombenfest und ich kann endlich meine Sit-ups machen, ohne dass das Ding verrutscht. Die Übungsanleitung ist echt hilfreich und hat meine Bauchmuskeln schon gut definiert. Einziges Manko: Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Saugnäpfe auch auf Holzböden halten, aber ansonsten top Teil!

Echt begeistert von der Sit-up Stange! Sie hält super fest an meinem Boden und macht das Bauchmuskeltraining viel effektiver. Der beiliegende Übungsleitfaden ist auch echt praktisch und hilft mir, meine Workouts abwechslungsreich zu gestalten. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre vielleicht noch eine Polsterung für die Hände, aber insgesamt bin ich super zufrieden damit!
